Customer Requirement

The ReadyMix management team identified that they needed to have a better understanding of the hours worked and overtime claimed by their expanding workforce. A requirement for a reliable automated biometric system was drawn up to assist them in the operational management of their staff.

Solution

The solution was to provide ReadyMix with a central database linked to 7 remote satellite sites around the UAE. The system used an Aurora Facial Recognition device linked to an RFID Smart card. Members of staff are able to be registered at any of the ReadyMix locations and the attendance logs were fed into a time sheeting application linked to their JD Edwards ERP system.
