Implementing an identity solution involves co-operation from many different stakeholders as well as the end users. Effective project management is an important part of the overall process if you are going to achieve the return on investment set out in your business case.

Clarati uses the Prince II project management methodology to structure how we deliver our solutions and develop our software. We can also assist our customers by acting as the project manager or the senior supplier role within the project.

For all projects we work on we deploy a SharePoint collaboration site so we can share information and resources with our clients to effectively manage the project.
