Clarati is pleased to announce that Aurora’s latest face recognition algorithm achieved record breaking results on the renowned benchmark “Labelled Faces in the Wild” dataset, outperforming all competing systems, with a recognition rate of 80% at a FAR of 1%.

The Clarati Cloud can now offer the flexible SQL reporting engine for analysing attendance data. New features such as data matrixes, gauges and spatial data analysis provide a rich enhancement to our reporting module.
MAY 2013 | SysAid Online Help Desk & Knowledge Base
As part of our ongoing effort to improve customer support we have implemented an online helpdesk and knowledge base for our customers. Support calls can now be logged via a web portal which is available on our web site or within the Clarati Cloud application. In addition an online knowledge base is available with FAQ articles covering all our products.

We are pleased to launch our new web site which describes our products and services. Existing customers can access our support pages and knowledge base by logging into our online support system or access the Clarati Cloud Application.
Feb 2013 | Clarati Gateway Service Integration Release
The Clarati Gateway Service enables the integration of third party devices and systems with our Cloud platform. The first third party devices includes Aurora Clockfaces, Suprema Finger print, RFID card readers and ACT access control systems. The Clarati Gateway Service will give our customers a method of using a range of devices while retaining a common user interface.
Jan 2013 | Improved Helpdesk and Remote Support Services
From January we are introducing a new online helpdesk system which is integrated with our Clarati Cloud platform. Customers will be able to log support requests from our application or via our web site. If required the support team is available via an interactive chat session or via remote desktop support.
